Nicole joins Dischley Law after spending time as a 911 Dispatcher and Federal Security Clearance Background Investigator.   Nicole has a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Reinhardt University.  As a native Northern Virginia, Nicole has practical hands-on experience in the criminal justice field and is our duty expert on Security Clearance issues pertaining to criminal charges.  Additionally, as the Spouse of a Staff non-Commissioned Officer in the Army, Nicole understands how criminal charges can affect both military service and federal employment.
